ISAAC V. NORRIS, AIA, NOMA, LEED-AP
Principal - Architect - OwnerIsaac has more than 20 years of experience in architecture and design. He earned his B.A. in Architecture and Masters of Architecture from the University of Detroit/Mercy. Isaac enjoys the design process, assisting clients with the development of building ideas that are creative, functionally efficient, and economically sound. Since starting his firm in 1993, Isaac has been active in local professional and community affairs, including board service with The Grand Rapids Symphony, the Boys and Girls Club, and The Plummer, Letts, Parks Leadership Fund. Isaac continues his community service as a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Isaac is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the National Association of Minority Architects, and the United States Green Building Council. He maintains architectural licenses to practice in the states of Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Georgia.

Paul R. Scripsema, RA
Project Architect/ManagerPaul has more than 30 years of experience in architecture and design. He earned his B.A. in Architecture and Masters of Architecture from the University of Michigan. IVNA and their clients have enjoyed Pauls' service as an employee for six years. He has contributed in consistantly delivering quality design services to our clients. Paul has great attention to detail and continually looks for opportunities to implement ideas and concepts for the owners benefit. He presently serves as Project Architect/Manager for IVNA. Paul also lends his talents for design to the project process.Paul is a registered Architect in the State of Michigan. He is an avid fly fisherman, amateur photographer, and automotive repair buff.

Ivan O. Cortes
Architectural DesignerIvan has developed a unique career as an architectural designer. He has 15 years of experience in architecture and planning. He earned his B.A. in Architecture from Lawerence Technological University. Ivan's portfolio of work includes a variety of design projects ranging from small residential to large commercial retail and residential projects. He approaches design with an open-mind and works to develop multiple solutions to stimulate the owners decision making process. Ivan was hired by IVNA in 2009 and has contributed greatly to the development of our design team he is very skilled in utilizing AUTOCAD to produce of construction documents.Ivan resides in Grand Rapids and enjoys cycling, cooking, and reading.
