Firm History & Community Experience
What stands out as a common factor among each of these projects is that we have dared to share the risk of dreaming with those desiring to see their vision actualized. Often times limited budgets suggested the fear of marginal opportunities for success, but together we developed successful projects.

Isaac V. Norris & Associates, P.C. understands the inner-city community because we are a part of the community. Our office is located in the central city and our desire is to maintain an active community presence which will inspire generations of youth to see our community as a vibrant, safe, and prosperous environment to live productively and raise a family.

Our firm truly realizes the importance of community and how building and planning projects, great and small, inspire our communities.
